37 Deep Water Bay, called “The Dream House”, was built in 1998 and still remains one of Hong Kong's most expensive single house residences. Designed in the Neoclassical style, it incorporates soaring Corinthian columns, decorative cornices, crowning balustrades and elaborate ornamentation.
